Once you are finished reading, answer the following questions. Make sure to write and underline a sentence that uses at least one semicolon, colon, and dash in your response.

* What were Victoria's and Ruby's reputations like? Describe them.
* What does Ransdell's report about the trial of the Scottsboro Boys tell you about race relations in the south in 1933?
* What does the New York Times article of 2013 reveal about changes in social injustice within the U.S.?
* What social injustices still exist today in the United States and/or the world?
